Presentation Summary

This seminar will be motivational, informative, directional, and interactive. We will examine how business owners, employees, and clients can break down the culture of a business by learning what Owners, CEO’s, Staff, and Clients perceive about that business. Participants will evaluate the part they play in helping to construct the culture of the business. Together, we will break down real-time scenarios into working guidelines by discovering the missing piece of the puzzle - recognizing the challenges - providing solutions – and creating a resolution that will impact all stakeholders.
