Many organizations are having Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) events with great intentions and we as HR professionals, want to capitalize and change our culture for good.
All thriving organizations have a culture that promotes productivity and quality by valuing and creating trust. Without trusting relationships, team members will be distracted by events that hurt morale and performance. Regardless of the value of the business practices, growth will be limited and profit threatened if strategies for valuing all people are not a part of the plan, driven by leaders.
