Presentation Summary
When you think of leadership what comes to mind? If it’s one person in charge, having authority over people and the ability to make decisions for the group, telling people what to do then think again. In a constantly changing business climate, leadership traits and habits from the past are no longer able to withstand the challenges of today's workplace in the 21st century. The future has arrived, and it is demanding new leadership. To be effective in the modern workplace, leaders need new skills.
This leads to the next question, what are the traits a 21st century leader needs to succeed?
In this session you will walk away understanding:
• How leadership styles and employee expectations have changed and why it matters.
• The skills you need to successfully guide a team and lead into the future.
