 Biography: 

Jonathan Jarrell, PHR is the Regional Human Resource Director for Performance Food Group based in Gainesville, Florida. He is also a Certified Speaker and Leadership Coach for the John Maxwell Company and Certified Social & Emotional Intelligence Coach. Known by his friends as “JJ” he has spent the last 17 years in leadership in the distribution industry. Having worked within some very successful organizations “JJ” has used his role in Human Resources to maximize the organizations success by focusing on individual strengths while improving performance. JJ is a long time member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the 2011 and 2012 President of the North Central Florida Society for Human Resources (NCF-SHRM) and currently holds the position of District Director for the HR Florida State Council.
