“Health and Wellness in the Workplace"
Speaker:
Robert P. Chamberlain
Topic detail:
Wellness programs in the workplace are well intentioned but tough to measure. As health benefit costs continue to skyrocket and with the introduction of the ACA, the time is right for a new vision of wellness as employers are demanding more from their investment in employee health. Mr. Chamberlain will address the evolution of where wellness came from, what works and cite case studies featuring employers who have made a difference while reducing their utilization of healthcare services.
