“Violence in the Work Place"

As Human Resources professionals you are acutely aware of the disruption, fear, morale problems, and physical danger to everyone involved in workplace violence episodes, ranging from simple bullying to physical violence and homicide.  Not to mention the civil liability exposure to employers for failure to adequately protect against workplace violence.  Not every employer has the resources to employ full time security professionals.  Qualified private investigators are uniquely positioned to provide certain workplace violence prevention and protection services.  I will present a series of options for your members to consider, including screening procedures, direct or indirect investigation of misconduct and discipline support, direct support in hostile terminations, and protective services operations for threatened employees.
