Develops selection criteria for scholarships. Develops Greater Pensacola SHRM applications for local, state and national human resources awards.

College Relations |
Promotes and assists with local student chapter activities in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. Serves as the liaison between student chapter(s), Greater Pensacola SHRM chapter and HR Florida. Encourages student participation in local chapter meetings, promotes the formation of new student chapters, and disseminates information relative to student programs, scholarships, certification, student conferences, etc.
Community Relations |
Gathers information on local community service projects. Presents ideas for involvement to chapter and promotes opportunities for members to participate in community efforts.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion |
Communicates SHRM, HR Florida and community diversity activities to the chapter. Represents Greater Pensacola SHRM with the Minority Chamber of Commerce.
