Bob McCormack recently began serving his third year as the Federal Director of Government Affairs for HR Florida where his role is to monitor important issues of federal legislation and coordinate with other state legislative directors to help ensure that the voice of HR Professionals is heard in Washington DC.

Bob has been practicing labor and employment Law  since 1990 and  has tried over 35 employment-related cases in state and federal courts on a wide variety issues.

He has been named in the publications Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for the last several years and is highly regarded by his peers who practice Labor and Employment law.
